Louisiana Highway 139 (LA 139) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Morehouse and Ouachita Parishes. It spans . It is known as the Old Bastrop, Old Monroe, and Lincoln Roads. ==Route description== LA 139 is a mix of undivided four-lane highway, undivided two-lane highway, and divided one-way streets during its route. From the south, LA 139 splits at a heavily used intersection from US 80, also known as Desiard Street. LA 139 travels in a northeastern direction as an undivided four-lane highway, passing through small communities until it meets LA 594, known as the Swartz-Fairbanks Road. LA 139 then becomes a two-lane road, passing through hills and rural areas before meeting LA 134 east, which heads east to meet LA 137 in Oak Ridge. The new LA 134/139 continues north until LA 134 west splits off, going to the small town of Sterlington. LA 139 continues north, crossing LA 554, an east-west route connecting Sterlington with Collinston. Further north, LA 139 is joined by LA 593, a north-south highway connecting Collinston with Bastrop. LA 139 ends about a mile north of joining LA 593, at an intersection with US 165, US 425, and LA 2.
